I'm formatting a book for publication. All of a
sudden, every odd page has indents on the first two lines. I
can't unformat them nor move text to the left past the
indents. When I highlight these lines they highlight in
black instead of the usual blue shade. I have placed
headers, different odd and even, but the headers do not
affect these lines, which are in the main text.Any help????

Try the solution at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/UnaccountablyIndented.htm. Since it's
only the odd pages, check the Odd Page header for the abandoned frame.
