Hi, Using Outlook 2002, is there a way to Force outlook to
send mail to a contact in a different format than
specified in tools\options\mail format? I want to force
plain text from HTML.
Thanks
Jonathan

You should be able to do this by:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to the Contacts folder.
3. Open the desired contact.
4. Double click on the contacts e-mail address.
5. Use the drop down arrow next to "Internet format" and Select "Send Plain
Text only".
This is force any mail to this contact to send inPlain Text format.
I hope this information is helpful.
