Import Excel Worksheet Macro

I am trying to import a specific excel worksheet into Access 7 creating its own table via a macro.

The spreadsheet has several worksheets so I need specify a particular sheet. I cannot find the option in the macro builder. It only allows ranges.

Any ideas?
