That looks right. Perhaps more fields in the activity table (status of

I believe sp2 is the only answer. Convince them to upgrade to windows 7
instead of Vista and get SP2 for Access 2007.

Automate saving multiple pdfs from single report based on criteria

Yes control the code so the report you run produces the pdf you want. In
this case a couple hundred pdf files.
Don't make one big pdf and then try and break that into many pdfs.
