When I open Outlook 2003, running under Windows XP, I always receive the
error message: "An error occurred in the folder shortcusts file (l.fav).
Outlook will recreate the default folder shortcuts."

When I click OK, the program works OK, but how can I fix whatever it is that
Outlook does not like? I tried deleting and reinstalling all of Office 2003
to no avail?
