Thanks for responding, however the 5164 is the same size label, but the
spaces are not, and I can't find those dimensions to change them in
publisher. Thank you.

The poster has some 8154 labels but no 8154 template. The 5184 is the same
size and it is in Publisher. So, if the poster used the template with the
8154 labels they should met the criteria for size and printing options.
