Your English is fine. Perhaps mine wasn't. Remember that I asked you for
the format of your message. If it is HTML, change it to plain text. You
appear to be asking the Fax Service to render your fax. The Fax Service
has no rendering capability. Neither does Outlook. So your message must
not contain anything that requires rendering (like formatting or
signatures, etc.)

After installing Fax Services in window and after adding Fax Transport
Service as an e-mail account on my Outlook 2002,
I do the following:
1. open a new mail message
2. choose in accounts box the Fax Transport Service
3. in the "To" box I write: "[fax:111-111-1111]"
4. i tried do it with and without attaching a word file.
5. i press send button.

If i attacha word file, the file opens, and shows a window stating it
is printing the file to the fax, and then it disappears and nothing
happens.

If i don't attach anything, it sends the message and then nothing
happens.

In both cases I imediately recieve a mail message to my Inbox stating
(in Hebrew) that the printing to the Microsoft Fax couldn't be
completed (it doesn't state why).

By the way - if I try to print from a document directley to the fax
printer it works perfectly well, but Iwant to use the outlook because I
want to merge letters to the fax.

Thank you very much for your help
(I hope my English is clear enough)
