When you select folded card in Publisher, don't input anything in the other dialog
boxes. When you fold your card it is 4.25 x 5.5. If you input 8.5 it overrides the
default settings.

This pops it on my screen in correct layout, with 2-3 being the inside top
and bottom and page 4 being the back of the card.

I insert my text and graphics on page one, and print and it prints on the
upper half of the page with the fold at the bottom. Once I print that page
it not only has teh wrong fold, but the graphic overlaps past the fold line
by atleast an inch.

to File, page setup, select folded card, top-fold, and set my width and
heighth, set to Landscape, and ok. My project is sideways, how can I get it
so that I can view it on my screen correctly? And how can I set my margins
so that my graphics print to the bottom of the card? I am getting there but
not there yet!
