If you have an AS400 you will undoubtedly have Client
Access. If this is
loaded you will be able to go into Excel. DataImport
external data...New
database Query. In the list (of ODBC drivers), you
should see Client
Access. Select this, enter the name of the system and it
will show you the
libraries and files on the AS400. Build your query and
import.
If the driver is not in the list you will need to
download and install it
from the IBM site.
