February, your days would be different than if you start in March.
If you want to start from 1/1/1900 (Default start date in Excel), you can
just enter =YEAR(A1)-1900
=MONTH(A2)
=DAY(A2)
If you want from today, then
=YEAR(TODAY()+A1)
=MONTH(TODAY()+A1)
=DAY(TODAY()+A1)
