I have a user using Excel 2003 that opens any excel file
and then tries to save it gets this message:
The file file name may have been changed by another
user since you last saved it. In that case, what do you
want to do?
Save a copy
Overwrite changes

They have not shared anything. They are uptodate on
their patches.
