Thank you for the response, however, I could not find the answere to my
question on these sites. I really need to know if it is even possible in
Word 2003 to add Autotext to a Document Template I create and not have it
show up in the list for all active templates. I am thinking that the all
active template list keeps all the autotext add-ins and from there they can
be or are applied to the template you want. This would mean that the list in
all active templates could get quite large. Especially when you include form
letters, addresses, common phrases & words, etc. So I would like to add
autotext that will be only specific to the template "I" create and not have
any of it in all active templates. (I do know that none of what I added so
far shows up in the normal.dot template, so that is good).
