Have Office XP Standard. It was working fine. While

unable to "Insert - Picture Form File".
An "Encountered a problem and must close" message is
generated.
This happens in both Word & Excel.
I have un-installed Office XP, Re-installed it and all 3
service packs. Did not solve the problem.
I create docs with images constantly and need this to
work
as it is the easiest way to do it.
Any solutions?
Is this a problem with Windows XP?
