Autocompletion uses a cache of names created as you send messages, not your
Contacts data.

I thought it did that automaticlly. However we are now using outlook 2002
and one user that I know of is haveing this problem. When typing in the to
box of an email sometimes the name will not automaticaly apear, then when
the email is sent it does not send, but when he goes to his address book and
inserts the email address that way is sends. Any thoughts?
