I am running Outlook 2003 on a Dell Optiplex GX-240, with Windows 2000 Pro with all updates applied. It has an 80 GB HDD with 512 MB of SRAM and a 1.8 GHtz Processor. Any help would be great.

For some reason Outlook locks up serveral times a day. I get the following message in the event viewer:
