Default Calender in Outlook 2003

You can't. You could use labels or custom views to 'mark' the items. I'd add
a category of 'completed' or 'cancelled' then a custom view that applies
automatic formatting based on the category.

My question is how can a perform a strike-thru off an appointment in my
schedule. I would like to retain the data of the appt but would like to
show
that I canceled the event.
