The Information Store? Did you set up her account as an Exchange account?

I installed outlook on a new gigabyte netbook .... everything was

Then the user went home and for some reason couldn't open her outlook so

decided to uninstall it. I reinstalled it now, but get the following

opened.

What can i do to fix this??
