goal:
to replace part of cell contents of a selection.

procedu
1.) selection of the desired range of the worksheet.
2.) opening edit \replace tab
3.) filling the fields find and replace
4.) pressig FIND ALL button to check if the cells proposed for change are the desired ones results in a list of cells of the selected range fullfilling the search condition.

5.) pressing REPLACE ALL does however now repalce all instances IN THE WHOLE WORKSHEET

I did not now this and lost large amount of work as there was no undo afterwards .
PAY ATTENTION:
Pressing the function REPLACE ALL does not automaticly restrict to the list what the FIND ALL did list !

What do I wrong ??
