Yesterday afternoon when I attempted to click on a link in my email I got an
error message stating "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions
in effect on your computer. Please contact your system administrator." There
have been no recent changes that I can think of to my Office 2003 Pro w/SP1
and I have all current updates according to Microsoft.

I'm running XP Pro w/SP2 installed and I am the admisitrator of the box. I
have attempted bothe fixes listed below but they are mainly 2002 related not
2003.
