Nice detective work.
You might try changing hardware acceleration. Not sure it will help, but it
won't hurt.

You also should make sure you're running an updated, certified video driver.
I'll assume you already tried the printer driver as suggested earlier.

I tried several times diagnose tool (after re-installing Office) -

all 6 tests passed OK. I run OS (W XP MCE) in diagnostic mode (only

services) and the crash did not appear. When I run OS in selective mode

with Microsoft services the crahs was back again. There is probably
conflict

If that doesn't do it, then make sure you have a certified printer driver
