You also should make sure you're running an updated, certified video
driver.
I'll assume you already tried the printer driver as suggested earlier.

I tried several times diagnose tool (after re-installing Office) -

all 6 tests passed OK. I run OS (W XP MCE) in diagnostic mode (only
essential
services) and the crash did not appear. When I run OS in selective mode

with Microsoft services the crahs was back again. There is probably
conflict
between one of the service and PPT.

I would try running a repair. Hit the Office button | PPT Options |
Resources | Diagnose.

If that doesn't do it, then make sure you have a certified printer
driver
installed and set as the default printer. Here's a list of them:
