Default Outlook Signature with graphic logo will not print

it's been a while since I used graphics in signatures but I recall that
having it in the same directory as the signature allowed it to be sent. It
seems it is being sent ok so the printing is the problem. Printing graphics
in Outlook messages can be an issues with ho real resolution except to use
the combinations of Outlook and IE listed he

Send one of to me and I'll see if it prints. You can work out the email
address.

Hey BillR - here is what happened...
OK, I put an 8 K GIF file graphic in the exact same
location as the signatures... which for me is:
C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures

I then created a NEW signature from scratch, picking the
fonts, typing in the name, phone no, etc. and then
inserted the hyperlink using the button to 'insert
hyperlink'. I used the graphic from the same folder. It
all looks fine.

I then set that new signature as my outgoing sig and
created a new e-mail. The new sig appeared like normal and
I sent some test text to another user in this office and
also CC myself. We both got the e-mail with everything
appearing on the screen just fine and with the hyperlink
working perfectly.

So - I go and print the message. I get everything. The
other fellow gets the BIG BOX with the X in place of the
graphic logo!

What can cause this? Could there be some setting on his
end that keeps it from printing correctly? I'm I just not
embedding the graphic right? Could it be the printer? Do I
need to somehow hard code the graphic to be stored onto
his computer in some way?

I looked at the HTML of other messages I have received
that used company logos and the section of code that deals
with the logo always is pointing a cryptic location like
this:

A
href="http://www.companyname.com/"SPAN style="TEXT-
DECORATION: none"IMG
id=_x0000_i1025 height=102
" width=250
border=0/SPAN/Ao/o/P

Any clue what this is doing exactly? (After the src=)
because this message will print fine logo and all.
Thanks to anyone who can help...

where is the graphic located? Try it in the same folder

as the signature
file.

I have been working on this for days...

But when they go and print the e-mail the logo changes

to
the "blank box" with an X.
No matter what I have tried I can't get the graphic

within
the signature to print out. (the rest of the signature
prints)

The graphic has been made into a hyperlink back to the
company web-site - so I tried making it just a simple
graphic (not a link, just a JPEG)
Again, it shows up on the other end but when they try

and
print the page, they get the blank box with X.

I've looked all over the Microsoft help websites and

can't
find anything that deals with this.

It must be some type of specific embedment that is just
not traveling along with the e-mail, yet the people on

the
other end can see it on the monitor!?! I have reworked

the
signature file, the code, the graphic and such so many
times I just need someone to give me a new perspective

on
this. I even converted the company logo into a TrueType
font and embedded it - unfortunately the font didn't
travel along either.
I've looked at the HTML options and read the different
hints but they all deal with getting the logo INTO the
signature and to show up on the other end. I can't get

the
logo to print out. It isn't just one recipient either,

but
anyone I've checked with can see, just not print it.

Sorry for the length of this but I've been down so many
other threads already.
Any suggestions?
