it's been a while since I used graphics in signatures but I recall that
having it in the same directory as the signature allowed it to be sent. It
seems it is being sent ok so the printing is the problem. Printing graphics
in Outlook messages can be an issues with ho real resolution except to use
the combinations of Outlook and IE listed he

OK, I put an 8 K GIF file graphic in the exact same
location as the signatures... which for me is:
C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures

I then created a NEW signature from scratch, picking the
fonts, typing in the name, phone no, etc. and then
inserted the hyperlink using the button to 'insert
hyperlink'. I used the graphic from the same folder. It
all looks fine.

I then set that new signature as my outgoing sig and
created a new e-mail. The new sig appeared like normal and
I sent some test text to another user in this office and
also CC myself. We both got the e-mail with everything
appearing on the screen just fine and with the hyperlink

embedding the graphic right? Could it be the printer? Do I
need to somehow hard code the graphic to be stored onto
his computer in some way?

I looked at the HTML of other messages I have received
that used company logos and the section of code that deals
with the logo always is pointing a cryptic location like

Any clue what this is doing exactly? (After the src=)
because this message will print fine logo and all.

hints but they all deal with getting the logo INTO the
signature and to show up on the other end. I can't get

logo to print out. It isn't just one recipient either,
but
anyone I've checked with can see, just not print it.

Sorry for the length of this but I've been down so many
other threads already.
Any suggestions?
