Default How to Insert Hyperlink in Header.

To expand a bit on Doug's comment that "That is not a very useful
place to have a hyperlink": In order to activate the link, the user
must first open the header pane and then double-click the link. If the
header pane isn't open, the link is inactive.

What is the purpose of the hyperlink?

That is not a very useful place to have a hyperlink. However, you insert
one there in the same way that you insert it in the body of a document.
