Hello Martin,

Without Exchange, "Read Receipts" are still avilable but we cannot received
the "Delivery Receipts". This is becaused Exchange is required to track the
message delivery to send the "Delivery Receipt". I examined my initial
response and found I misunderstood your question. I apologize for that.
