I recently e-mailed a document with a TOC, created in Word 2000, to someone who uses Word 2002. He has been unable to find the hyperlinks in the TOC. How can I fix the document so the TOC hyperlinks will not disappear for Word 2002 users? Is there a way for him to get the hyperlinks back?
