It's in between. Some documents some of the time... Some documents that
exhibit the behaviour do not do so consistently... It come and goes.
Maybe it is linked to something happening to the document itself as I have
seen it on other computers, but from documents created on a template that
was saved at least once on my machine.

There must be some logic behind the whole thing but I have not been able to
identify it yet.
