Default What to Ask and How to Answer Questions

Debbie,

I see you are back. You apparently also have trouble telling time.

Unfortunatly the law didn't arrest my ex daughter in law as my son had hoped
they only warned her that a Sarah Balfour whom they have numerous complaints
against had her "sights" set on her and told her to have her ISP change her
IP address to prevent further harrassment. Oh, well, can't say he didn't try
to kill two birds with one stone. As for the Police Dept FBI says it's not
their juristriction and contacted them with all the info they have on
Sarah...which seems to be considerable they said and I'm quoting my
granddaughter so she might not have gotten it quite right she is only 8 "they
told mommy a cyber stalker was after her" Better luck next time. Maybe if
she changed her name to complain they would take her more seriously but it
seems they have a fat file of complaints against her and don't take any of
her complaints seriously as they have looked into and confirmed the
complaints against her. Almost midnight here, just thought you'd like to
know the results of her attempt at trying to be "sweet" the FBI saw right
thru that.

You're too late. Porkolotta has contacted the Amarillo Police department and
the FBI because someone sent her two e-mails five minutes apart. Coo-Coo!

"I've been sent two emails from people I don't know (one I think was a
'tester' for the other). Okay, that's not strictly true, the second I'm 99%
certain who the sender is and, because of the identical IP, I'm 95% certain
they're the same person. The first sender had the name of her location in
her
address, and the IP resolves to the same city (Amarillo, as it goes, but if
I
have any Tony Christie/Peter Kay impressions there will be consequences...).
It was someone I exposed as a liar, fraud and troll in another group and she
didn't like that much. The thing is, I never could convince her that US law
didn't apply in the UK (she was claiming, for example, that she wrote a
piece
of software, which was an obvious lie as she couldn't even get the name
right!)

The fact that they were sent within 5 minutes of each other, the identical
IPs and the style makes me think they're the same person, but I'd like to be
certain that two individuals couldn't be assigned the same IP.

Cheers
Sarah"

How about we just hit them with the new law made just for this problem.
No
illegal posts, no insults, no untruths and no liable posts. I pray MS
will
give us their IP and email and I'll sick my lawyer (brother in law) on her
happily and sleep well at night knowing I did it the legal way.
