Default error 3075 "no such function"

Maybe a reference missing? Look under tools references in VB Editor and if
they are missing it is stated this way : MISSING
Find the appropriate library by scrolling down and check the checkbox. Save
and close the VBE

Hello, my problem is access 97 started not to recognise the built-in
functions suddenly, such as month() or year(). Could anyone help me how to
resolve this? Do you know what the reason might be? I need urgent help...
