Default new hire form

No, the oft-file is in the pst-file. You first have to link the pst-file.
Then from that pst-file you can extract the oft-file.

Then point it to your Outlook installation folder. By default this is;
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

You'll find it there.

They usually added an additional pst-file to your Folder List.
