Huh?

What is the point of adding a chip to a CD?

Secondly, what does this have to do with Microsoft Access (the databse
appliaction).

You posted this as a suggestion, but you failed to mention what problem this
would resolve, or how it would be benificial. I doubt Microsoft will be
booking the plane to head out and talk to you about this idea since you
don't explain how it would benefit them.
