Check out the Help menu, "About Microsoft Office Word"
"System info"
"Office Applications" "Word" "COM Add-ins".
I take bets you'll find something, and that it is
guilty for dirtying
Normal.dot.
And there is also a good chance that it's an Add-in
from MS.

Have you saved the changes once? You need to do this

normal template" on tool,options,save tab in word.
So I
don't want to burndown the house and build new by
going
after my whole C: drive. Any other solution? Feeling
like
chasing my own tail which I don't have. Thanks if

suggestions.
