Are they all separate contacts? Do you use categories?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, asked:

| We have clients/contacts in Exchange with multiple email addresses
| (ie. wife, husband, etc.) under one contact. When we send an email to
| John Doe Family, we want the email to go to all email addresses. Is
| there a way to do this?

| Obviously this is easy to manually do, but the situtation is harder
| when you are sending out a bulk email to multiple clients.

| Any suggestions are appreciated.
