Default How to unhide a working email password

Basically no, the account settings are stored in the registry, there are a
number of tools that claim to be able to recover / reveal the settings - see
google for examples.
The FilesAndSettingsTransfer wizard (FAST), if available for your version of
office/win invariably corrupts the target outlook profile

I am moving my mother to a newer computer and she cannot recall what
password
is represented by the "********" saved password for one of her email
accounts. Is there a way to ask Outlook to UNHIDE the password? Is there
any way to retrieve the password that Outlook has stored or to move email
account info from one computer to another (Outlook to Outlook)?
