Won't that just bring up a second calendar in my Outlook? I'd like
for them to show in my current calendar. Is there a way to do that?

Opening the second PST will, but read again what Jocelyn said, concentrating
on the final eight words.

Have your colleague create a new .PST file on his/her machine, copy
all calendar items to it, then close that .PST out of Outlook and
send it to you. Once you get it, put it somewhere easy to find on
your hard drive, then open it in Outlook using File | Open, and copy
the data to your own Calendar folder.

When the copy completes, you can right-click on the extra PST and choose
Close to remove it from Outlook.
