You have to uninstall any trial prior to installing any other paid for
version
Uninstall *all* versions of Office shown in Add/Remove
Then use this kb article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218/en-us
Once done clear temp files (disk Cleanup) reboot the PC, then install your
paid for version
