Klatuu or anyone...(Gort, maybe?)...If I would update the two 97 pcs to
Office 2003, how would i fix the switchboard so that I could still have the
controls visible or not visible...would I just re-do the entire macro?

Access 97 applications do not work well in 2003. Your best bet is to upgrade
to 2003. In fact, the very best solution is to first convert 97 to 2000 then
