Do you want to delete the records from the table or just SHOW the records?

SELECT tblSec.*
FROM tblSec INNER JOIN tblMain
ON tblSec.MainID = tblMain.MainID


DELETE
FROM TblSec
WHERE MainID NOT IN (SELECT MainID FROM tblMain)
