Hi Jeff,

No luck. Having done the uninstall and reinstall, today when I turned on my
PC and opened Outlook it froze in the midst of downloading the three
accounts. I finally canceled the initial automatic send/receive and did a
manual one by clicking send/receive. All the accounts then downloaded email
properly. Any further thoughts and suggestions to try? Thanks. Pete
