Default add title above table

Put the title in an ordinary text paragraph, formatted as "Keep
with next" (FormatParagraph, Line and Page Breaks tab). The Caption
style, which Word applies when you InsertReferenceCaption, has this
setting by default. Alternatively, put the title inside a border-less
top row (and format the row as "Keep with next").

When I finish my table, how do I add a title above the table? I

don't want
to change the cell contents which the instructions seem to result

in. Can
you help?
