Default Sepia in Publisher ?

I'm going to have to agree with Cerriwen. If you have photo-editing to do,
do it with the proper program. Just because a butter knife will work as a
screwdriver doesn't make it the proper tool. Yes, you can do some editing
with Publisher and it would be fine to do so. However, there are programs
made specifically for that purpose. Microsoft even offers Publisher with
Digital Imaging as a package.

Whatever program you decide to use is your choice. I wish you good results.

Yes it was. Publisher isn't a photo editor - it's a DTP application.

Some
people (you included) obviously don't know the difference.
