Default Outlook 2003 will not create custom dictionary

are the others using terminal services too?

The correct path is:
C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Proof\CUSTOM.DIC

When I try to edit my custom dictionary I get the normal msgbox "No custom
dictionary exists. Would you like to create a custom dictionary?" and
press
OK but then Explorer opens in folder "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\System\MSMAPI\1033".

This occurs in one user's Terminal Services session.

Other users running OL on the same server do not have this problem.
