Default Outlook 2003 Calendar

I have both and Exchange 2003 Mailbox Calendar and a Personal Folders
Calendar (.pst file). I only need one Calendar; however when I try to delete
the Personal Calendar it doesn't give me the option to delete it. Also, I
have Holidays on the Personal Calendar, but not on the Mailbox Calendar. When
I go to add Holidays and check the box for the Calendar it wrongly changes
the Personal Calendar. I'm thinking if I can figure out how to delete the
Personal Calendar, then Outlook will only see the Mailbox Calendar from now
on, and from that point I can then add the Holidays.

If anyone knows a solution, please reply!
