Default Does internet fax work if using Outlook 2007 and Word 2003?

it depends on the fax program and what he's doing. He should be able to save
the doc and then send it to the fax service from outlook as an attachment
but it's probably not going to work to send the document from word to
outlook and the fax service.

Have a customer who has deployed Outlook 2007, but is still using Word
2003.
We have attempted to set up an Internet fax service, but they report that
they are receiving error that the only way for fax to work is if they are
using Word 2007. Does Internet fax capability in Outlook 2007 really
require
Word 2007?
