If they have the same content in the first row, this sounds like a table
heading. How about just marking that one row as a heading and letting the
tables flow unobstructed? Or, if they really are separate tables, define a
style that includes the "Page break before" property, then Find the
specified text and apply the style (using ^& as the replacement text).

I have several wp2002 documents with hundreds of tables. I'd like to add
page
breaks between each table. They each have the same content in the first
row,
but a search and replace adding page breaks creates bizzare results. Is
there
a simple macro or formating option to add page breaks at the start or end
of
a table?
