From the computer that gets this error, open Internet Explorer and paste
this into the Address box -
http://shapes.one.microsoft.com/shap...y/fssearch.asp
Press Enter key
You should get a short XML document back that looks like this:
?xml version="1.0" ?
- S:resend xmlns
="DAV:"
xmlns:S="urn:schemas-microsoft-com
ffice:shapegallery:search"
D:hrefhttp://shapes.one.microsoft.com/shapegallery/fssearch.asp/D:href
D:statusHTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently/D:status
/S:resend
That will verify you are able to access Visio Web Shapes over the Internet.
