I have 3 duplicate personal folders in my "Navigation
Plane" under my "All Mail Folder". The 3 duplicates have
the same mail data. I only have one Outlook.pst file
under my profile local setting directory. I think I
received the duplicate personal folders when I move the
exist Outlook.pst file to backup directory and copied
another Outlook.pst from another PC to my new PC under my
current profile. I've tried to remove the duplicates with
no luck. If I remove the Outlook.pst file and create
another I still have duplicate personal folders. I seen
arctile under knowledge base addressing Microsoft Windows
Share Point Services create 2nd Outlook.pst when you move
your original file. Could this be my issue? Does anyone
know how to fix this? I want to remove the duplicate
personal folders or do a hard reset and start over. Also
note, if I delete mail folder it deleted in all 3
personal files. I'm confused. Any help would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks!!!
