I am trying to print a list of messages, contacts, or tasks I follow the
following procedures:
• Open the folder that contains the view
• On the File menu, when the drop down window appears the Print and print
preview is grayed out. It will not allow me to print this way. However I can
via clicking the printer icon.
My IT grp reloaded outlook on my PC and basically gave up saying it is a
bug. I do not believe this because all co-workers can see and print this way.
Any directions or guidance would be greatly appreciated
