generally i like to have contacts displayed grouped in categories, sorted
by first name. i can go into customize and set this up.
occasionally i want to sort the whole folder by first name and then i

the problem is that when i want to go back to the category grouping, i
right click on column headingsarrange by categories. then i have to go
back to customize to get the first name sort order.
how can i switch back to category grouping and maintain the first name
sort?
