Default Delivery Receipt Problem with Outlook 2003

I am having a problem with Delivery Receipts not processing properly with
some delivery receipts. It appears random. It is not a server issue
(according to the admin). It is only happening since I upgraded to Outlook
2003 and I am the only one on our network with the problem. When you open
the delivery receipt it has no subject and the to: is "Unknown". The receipt
does not process and the message tracking in the original sent message is not
updated. Read Receipts when I use them are processing fine. Can anyone help?
