Your post essentially asked for a respondent to give you instructions for
about 40 hours of work that you'll need to do. If you really want to do
this yourself, I think that you'll have to ask for advice for individual
steps where you need help.

The first one would probably be about a good table structure to support your
data storage and objectives.
